We help our clients to monetize SBLC and grant you non-refundable financing of 70% of the value of the SBLC, but we only monetize if the client leases an SBLC from my company using only our Procedures. We issue at 4+2% for a LEASE. We will provide you with a Loan of 70% LTV, whereas If you Leased a Standby Letter of Credit Value of $10M, we will provide you with a Non-recourse Loan for $7M cash (70%LTV) of the value of the SBLC The most interesting part of this program is that the Leasing Fee will be deducted at closing and the balance will be wired to your account, you will only be responsible for the swift Deposit but the leasing fee will be deducted from the loan amount at closing.

Below are step we follow to monetizing a Leased Bank Instrument and provide you a non refundable financing.

Step 1: We receive the Leased Bank Instrument by Swift MT760

Step 2: We draw a Line of Credit against the Leased Bank Instrument. N

Step 3: We pay the client their Monetization Payment with 70% of the Leased Bank Instrument value.

Step 4: We then take the balance of the money from the Line of Credit and place these funds into our investment program or using our Trading Program to cover up the repayment of the loan .
