Telephone number +19189842904 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Dr. John C. Williams" and using the email address info_federalreserve247@yahoo.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
Attn; Dear Beneficiary;

Compliments of the season; This is to notify you today that your total
Compensation funds payment valued of ($4.5Million USD) has finally
been deposited in the Federal Reserve Bank of New York United States
of America for immediate wire transfer direct into your Bank account
successful in next couple of hours.

Note; You are advise to contact the Federal Reserve Bank Operations
Payment department via e-mail address bellow:(
info_federalreserve247@yahoo.com ) the Bank Director Name is Dr. John
C. Williams, and his Mobile Line; +1 918 984 2904 request for the
release of your total Compensation funds payment wire transfer direct
into your Bank account as the Authority has instructed on your payment
file in the Federal Reserve Bank Operations payment department.

Make sure you contact the Federal Reserve Bank Operations Payment
Manager and instruct him where to wire your total funds payment valued
of ($4.5Million USD) and also make sure you fellow up with his
instructions advise, to enable you receive your total Compensation
funds payment wire transfer direct into your Bank account okay.

The email was sent from the email address "David Johnson <diplomticlawson@gmail.com>", with the Reply-to address "info_federalreserve247@yahoo.com" and the subject "Contact the Federal Reserve Bank for your wire transfer.".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
