Telephone number +16076478226 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Stuart Elliott" and using the email address excessbagcompany@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
Attention From Excess Baggage Company.

Address: 6301 Silver Dart Dr Mississauga ON L5P 1B2 Canada, Toronto, ON L5P 1B2, Canada

I want know if you are the one who gives Mrs. Gillian Thompson from
Authorization Letter to claims your consignment box worth of US$8.5
Million United States Dollars that was approved by the MINISTRY OF
FINANCE and is still unclaimed from our office. For your information,
Mrs. Gillian Thompson is making efforts to claim your consignment box
as She informed us that she was delegated by you.

The consignment box delivery including the VAT will cost you $100 only
for demur-rage charges. Please Is she rightly delegated by you? If you
did not send Her Kindly let us know and stop her before she made away
with your consignment box, Below is her residential address where she
want the consignment box delivered to her home Address:

IMMEDIATELY ONCE AGAIN along with the demur-rage charges).

Just all you need to do is to visit Walgreen and request for Google
gift card / Steam wallet card , iTunes card is also accepted in the
amount of $100, pay the $100 to them and they'll give you a voucher of
the Google play gift card/ steam Wallet gift Or Card iTunes Gift card.
Scratch off the seal and send me a copy of the gift card.

Secondly note that your tracking Number will be forwarded to you for
you to know the location of your Package till you receive it within
7hours of the day, Your urgent reply is needed now.

The email was sent from the email address "Excess Baggage Company <markudeanyinya@gmail.com>", with the Reply-to address "excessbagcompany@gmail.com" and the subject "Attention From Excess Baggage Company.".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
