Telephone number +12254428307 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "James Foy", CEO of the Federal Credit Union and using the email address fcu_bank@usa.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:

Address: 11123 Boardwalk Dr, Baton Rouge, LA 70816, United States.
Hours or services may differ due to COVID-19.

Your payment of $3,500,000 (Three Million Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars) has been approved and endorsed by the Office of the presidency, United Nation Organization authorities & the US consulate General. Your detailed information has been confirmed with the instructions and approvals given from International Monetary Fund and Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI, Washington DC, USA in respect of your above mentioned fund.

The presidency have made it known that all the pending fund delivery, wire transfer and winnings will be sent to there various owners before two weeks because after this pandemic, all the pending fund will be confiscated and transferred to Federal Reserve Bank for government use because there is anticipated global recession and those who cannot claim there fund now will not have right to sue for damages because all pending fund will be government treasure henceforth.

The email was sent from the email address "FCU Bank <westernbonusofficenigeria@gmail.com>", with the Reply-to address "FCU_Bank@usa.com".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
