Telephone number +85281926864 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Nick Beresford" and using the email address departmentfundsrecoveryagency@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
Good Morning

The United-Nation is taking this matter very seriously by making sure all the internet fraudsters are being arrested in their hiding places. We are pleading to the general public to kindly comply with whatever information you have about the scammers to the investigation and tracking department so to allow them service you effectively.

Kindly furnish us with details of how much you were scammed and also means of payment to the scammers. Also details of the scammers are very important.

According to the head of service of the UN he stated that all victims must prove themselves by providing details to show that you were truly scammed.

So please sir, kindly search out some proofs so we can use that to work out your compensation. Enough evidence to enable us to give approval for your replacement of your lost funds.

The email was sent from the email address "Funds Recovery Agency Department <departmentfundsrecoveryagency@gmail.com>", with the subject "Re: FW: Consider It Done!".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
