Telephone number +15704351782 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Sgt. Rico A. Williams" and using the email address alandmanpb6@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:

Phoenix, AZ. Phoenix, Arizona
(Military Bases)
USA
(570) 435-1782

Dear Sir,

You are by this letter informed that further release and payment of your Contract /inheritance / Next of kin fund(s) would be released via the above base under close supervision of U.S. Armed Forces / The United Nations Security Council.

All correspondences to conclusion and payment of your fund(s) would be strictly made and handled by Sgt. Rico Alandman Williams. only by mail or as would be advised to avoid interception and delay in delivering as expected.

We wait for your swift reply.

The email was sent from the email address "RICO ALANDMAN WILLIAMS <alandmanpb6@gmail.com>", with the subject "Payment Officer".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
