Telephone number +33756758644 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Martin Lucas", from Seagull Finance Group and using the email address martinlucasprivate@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
Dear Sir,

I trust this message finds you well. I am Mr Martin Lucas, a Financial Consultant to Seagull Finance Group.

I am contacting you regarding Project No: GSA 233-2021/8, involving material-related procurements. We are looking for a reliable partner to outsource the completion, collection of full payments, and closeout of the referenced projects. If selected, you will be designated as the bonafide beneficiary of the proceeds, with the responsibility to receive and disburse funds according to mutually agreed terms.

Your positive response will enable us to provide further details, benefits, and opportunities associated with this collaboration. Please share your complete names and telephone numbers for more in-depth discussion via my email or through Phone/WhatsApp at +33 756758644.

We look forward to the possibility of working together on this exciting venture.

The email was sent from the email address "Martin Lucas <martinlucasprivate@gmail.com>", with the Reply-to address "martinlucasprivate@gmail.com" and the subject "Project Number: 233 - 2021/8: GSA".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
