Telephone number +2348092796030 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Dr. Walter B. Amakiri" and using the email addresses specialadiver@rocketmail.com and drwalterbamakiri@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
Dear Sir,

The God that has given you life and help you to improve in health has
automatically given you everything is this year 2021, be rest assured
that all your pains, disappointments, sorrows and sufferings are dead
and buried with 2020 year of plague.
With total confidence in God Almighty I welcome you into your year of
total financial recovery, health restoration ad unstoppable
breakthroughs in all ramifications.

I am happy to inform you as well as announce to you that your long
awaited financial transaction will certainly and unfailingly be
successfully actualized this year as no circumstances be it healthy or
unhealthy circumstance can stop you from receiving your fund, at this
point it is only you if possible that can stop yourself from receiving
your fund as you are expected to do the needful and your fund will be
uninterruptedly be confirmed paid to you.

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.

Note that I have done my best to ensure that your payment is sustained and not cancelled till this moment as well as ensured that all arrangement is perfected for unstoppable release of your fund to you within 72 official working hours of your reciprocation to the outstanding obligation as such if it is cancelled now you should have yourself to blame.

By the end of this quarter payment there is going to be a review of all the paid and unpaid foreign approved debts which yours is included so it will be better you do your best to receive your fund now that it is ready to be paid to you otherwise it might be automatically cancelled if it remains un-finalized till the end of this quarter payment.
