Telephone number +2347042576233 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Dr. Wale Edun" and using the email address talktowaleedun@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:

After the Board of Directors' Meeting held in Abuja, with the newly sworn-in President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR),

In respect to overseas contract payment and debt re-scheduling, the Nigerian Government is utilizing this means to reward all citizens of the United States and all parts of Europe including Asia, Australia, South America, Antarctica, etc., and all those who have lost their funds in either scams or uncompleted business transactions. I have been mandated to issue out payments to you as part of your inheritance payment for the year 2024. For your information, you are required to cease any further communication with any other person(s) or office(s) to avoid any hindrances in receiving your payment.

If you are interested in receiving your ATM card, which will be credited with lost funds before it is sent to you through Frontier Forwarding Courier Service,

The email was sent from the email address "Wale Edun <ramsonpetros001@gmail.com>", with the Reply-to address "talktowaleedun@gmail.com" and the subject "STOP ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
