Telephone number +41786083097 is being used as part of a scam to make automated calls to victims, claiming to be from "Cantonal Police" and stating that there in an investigation registered against the individual's ID. If you speak to one of their "call handlers", you are asked your name, postcode and ID details.
The victim who reported this scam did not proceed any further after being asked these details, but it is likely that this is either a phishing scam where the scammer will try to obtain personal and/or financial details from the victim, or a blackmail scam where the victim will be told that there is a fee to be paid to avoid being arrested.
