Telephone number +2349020382032 is being used as part of an {ScamType} Scam by someone claiming to be "George Shehata", Head of Communications at the United Nations and using the email address un.compen2015@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following {ScamType} email that is being sent to victims:

We hereby inform you that the UNITED NATIONS in conjunction with the Interpol, Federal Bureau of Investigation, (FBI) United States of America, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of Nigeria and all the African Crime fighter leaders have come together to inform the world what is going on now and we have recover over US$3.8 Billion Dollars from the people we have behind bars.

Our duties is to make sure we stop internet scam and money laundering. As for today we have put a lot of fraudsters in jail. We go all over Africa to pick this thieves/internet rats. The email was sent from the email address "Mr. George Shehata <office@rekord.rv.ua>", with the Reply-to address "un.compen2015@gmail.com" and the subject "Best regards 217.117".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
