Telephone number +22997581135 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Edward Digger" and using the email address mredwarddugger@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:

Welcome to Fedex Express Dlivery company.

We have registered Your ATM CARD worth of $4.5 Million U S D. with Fedex Express Courier Company with registration code of (Shipment Code awb 33xzs). You are advised that a maximum withdrawal value of US$20,000.00 is permitted daily. please Contact with your delivery information such as, Your Name, Your Address and Your Telephone Number and Your Country Your City, Where it will be delivered to you,,

Also we have paid for the Insurance & delivery fee. The only fee you have to pay is their Security keeping fee of $150 before the ATM CARD will be delivered. Please indicate the registration Number and ask the agent, how to pay their Security keeping fee of $150 so that you can pay it and have the ATM CARD delivered to you immediately.

The email was sent from the email address ""Welcome to Fedex Express Dlivery company." <office_o60@yahoo.com>", with the Reply-to address "mredwarddugger@gmail.com" and the subject "Welcome to Fedex Express Dlivery company.".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
