Telephone number +34631838715 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Dr Manuel Gomez" and using the email address mmanuelg1000@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:

Very honored winner

Final notification for the payment of the unclaimed prize money. We
would like to inform you that the office of the unclaimed prize money
In Spain, has appointed our law firm as THE lawyer/Adviser to act, in
the processing and payment of a prize money, Which has been credited
on your behalf, and now for over two years Has not been claimed.

The total amount of the money is currently 1.915.610,00 euros. The
original prize money is 1,506,315.00.euros. More details will be given
to you, once you contact us via the email below.

The email was sent from the email address "Dr Manuel Gomez <wcaptted@gmail.com>", with the subject "Urgent Reply Needed".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
