Telephone number +17174449405 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Cherry Davis" and using the email address mischerrydavis@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the subject line of the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
URGENT Response.

dear I'm miss cherry Davis
I’m from the federal government of USA, I’m Emailing you regarding
your consignment box worth Sum of $7, million usd which was handed
over to me by the federal government, this consignment box has been
here with me for a very long time now and a man named Mr Mark Edward
come to my office yesterday afternoon and complain that you’re died in
a car accident and you give him the power in the hospital bed to clam
this funds as your next of kin and he wanting to pay for the delivery
of the package which is $25.00 and I told him to come back tomorrow
for me to verify if this is true or not so kindly get back to me if
you’re still alive

You also get back to me with your full delivery information below to
shows you are the rightful beneficialy of this funds worth sum of
$7,million dollars to avoid regretting at last therefore reconfirm me
your full information

The email was sent from the email address "victor brazier <victorbrazier0503@gmail.com>", with the Reply-to address "mischerrydavis@gmail.com" and the subject "TEXT OR CALL (717) 444-9405".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
