Telephone number +79697685253 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Oleg Pash" and using the email address olegpasha83@hotmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
My name is Oleg Pasha, I am writing to you because of the current sanctions and seizure of Russian assets across Europe and Asia. I am currently in Moscow, cannot travel abroad, and neither can my banks make swift wire payments abroad. My valuable deposit with a security firm is under risk of seizure if I don't act fast. You should know that I do not support the ongoing war. If you can work with the security firm, I want this deposit moved to you in your country. I will discuss the contents of the deposit with you when I get your reply. This is a confidential note and I will prefer future correspondence via WhatsApp only.

My WhatsApp: +7 969 768-52-53.

Oleg Pasha.
The email was sent from the email address "Oleg Pasha <fahridrima@gmail.com>", with the Reply-to address "olegpasha83@hotmail.com" and the subject "Re: Write Me Back".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
