Telephone number +19098924236 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Leon R Fox" and using the email address fox104289@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
Attention,

How are you doing? I am Mr. Leon R. Fox, United Nations Agent. I am writing to you concerning your ATM Card Package Which Contains Your Unclaimed Compensation Payment worth of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars ($5.5 Million, US Dollars) From the United Nations Fund Compensation Unit office AU.

That was signed to delivery to you through me I want to inform you that will be unable to complete the delivery due to the delay I will be traveling for a program that will take me some time so I decide to deposit your package with the Courier Service that will delivery it to you as soon as you contact them therefore I will advice you to contact and know what it will cost you to receive your package, to enable them will register your package for delivery and send you the tracking information.

The email was sent from the email address "fox104289@gmail.com", with the Reply-to address "expresscourier1945@gmail.com" and the subject "Contact Courier Service for Your Package,".

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
