Telephone number +447452351391 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Dr. Mark Nicholas" and using the email address m.nicholas0011@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
International Monetary Fund Compensation Unit,
In Affiliation With World Bank.
Address Fund, 1900 Pennsylvania
Ave NW, Washington, DC, 20431

Dear Sir / Ma,

How are you today? Hope all is well with you and the family?

You may not understand why this mail came to you.

We have been having a meeting for the past three months which ended
last Friday with the Managing Director and Secretary to the
International Monetary Fund (IMF).

This email is to all the people that have been scammed in any part of
the world, the International Monetary Fund have agreed to compensate
you with the sum of Four Million and Eight Hundred

Thousand United State of America Dollars. (US$4,800,000.00) each and
you have to indicate how much you lost in the hand of scammers.

This includes every foreign contractor, Inheritance, dating and
lottery payment that have not received their fund and
Lottery/Inheritance payment and people that have had an unfinished
transaction or international lottery payment that failed due to
Government problems etc.

We found your name in our list and that is why we are contacting you.

This has been agreed upon and has been duly signed.
You are advised to contact Dr. Mark Nicholas who is in charge of your

The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
