Telephone number +306987062755 is being used as part of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam by someone claiming to be "Paco Ybarra", Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Europe Plc and using the email address citi.euro@europe.com. The telephone number is included in the following Advance Fee Fraud email that is being sent to victims:
UNITED STATES
FEDERAL RESERVES SYSTEM

Twentieth Street and Constitution Avenue NW., Washington, DC 20551

OUR REF: USFRS/CNTB0001/URGPYMT/0223

YOUR REF: URGPYMT/CNTB0024/020223 DATE: 6th March, 2023.

Attention:

Dear Sir,

With all due respect to your funds $100,000.00 USD on transit, we received your account details following correct instruction to dispatch the funds shortlisted for immediate transfer. We have been waiting for the documents to clear the funds from the foreign exchange bureau through United Nations Funds Clearance for all funds on transit. But we want to correct this scenario and be rest assured this department will guarantee the full release of funds into your bank account. Payments for Europe are directed to write urgently to:

Citibank Europe Plc, Greece Branch
8, Othonos street 10557 Athens, Greece
E-mail: citi.euro@europe.com
Tel/Fax : +30 698 706 2755
Contact person: Paco Ybarra,
Chief Executive Officer | Institutional Clients Group

This development is a resolution following President Joe Biden's 2023 foreign policy on transit funds like yours. But upon receipt of this message, send your bank account details to the above payment unit in Greece, and they will not hesitate to give the appropriate directives so that the funds are released immediately without further delay.
The email is a classic example of an Advance Fee Fraud Scam with promises of a large sum of money being transferred to the victim. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
