Telephone number +97488316224 is being used as part of a Loan Scam by someone claiming to be "Peter Wilson", from Al Rigga Investments LLC and using the email address rpdexpacc@gmail.com. The telephone number is included in the following Loan Scam email that is being sent to victims:

How are you doing today? We have two propositions for you. 1, If you personally want a loan for your project and 2, If you want to also act as our representative on behalf of people you might know who also need loans. If you are interested, we could work with you as our representative and will offer you 5% on any applicant which you will provide for a loan facility. You will look for potential applicants for any loan facility ranging from One Million to Five Hundred Million United States Dollars or should you need a loan yourself. We will then give you 5% on the return on investment on any of such facilities provided.

Value of funds: ONE MILLION USD to FIVE HUNDRED MILLION USD (INDIVIDUAL APPLICATIONS)
ONE MILLION USD TO THREE BILLION USD (REGISTERED BUSINESSES AND INSTITUTIONS)

Purpose of Funds: LONG TERM INVESTMENT (at least) fixed 3% ROI/PA (first 18 months moratorium on loan)
Fund Disbursement: ASAP

We will give you a commission agreement to this effect and it shall be binding. Each applicant will be required to meet with our financial team for a live meeting during which you will sign the funds release documents and thereafter, the funds will be wired directly into a nominated bank account of your choice. The email was sent from the email address "rpd exp <rpdexpacc@gmail.com>", with the subject "Re: you have been 30 days".

The email is an example of an Advance Fee Fraud Loan Scam with promises of a loan being available to the victim regardless of their personal status and credit history. Anyone responding to it will be told that there is a fee/tax/insurance payment to be paid to receive the money. This will be followed by payment after payment until the victim runs out of money or realises that they are being scammed.
