Telephone number +8617739269963 is being used as part of a scam targeting businesses by someone claiming to be "Liu An", from Hebi Yingming Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd and using the email address liuxydw2@188.com. The telephone number is included in the following scam email that is being sent to victims:
Dear friend

According to the requirements of our company, in order to reward our employees for their excellent performance in work, our company will organize 400 employees to travel to your country for 14 days. If your company can meet our needs, please reply to our company for confirmation with the required expenses of each employee as soon as possible, including accommodation, food, tour guide fees, local transportation fees and so on.

The email was sent from the email address "liuxydw2 <liuxydw2@188.com>", with the subject "旅游".

This email is an example of a scam targeting businesses with the promise of an order. The actual type of scam can vary, and includes credit card fraud, Advance Fee Fraud where the scammer asks the victims for fees, taxes or bribes to secure the order and even phishing/malware, with the scammer sending an infected file or link to a phishing page.
