The WhoIs record for the fake domain cyprushealthcentre.com gives the following information.
Creation Date: 2019-10-08T21:06:21Z
Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2020-10-08T21:06:21Z

Registrant State/Province: Akwa Ibom
Registrant Country: US
Akwa Ibom is a state in Nigeria and not in the US as the domain registration falsely indicates. The fact that the domain is registered to someone in Nigeria is a guarantee that it is a scam. There is no valid reason for a company located outside Nigeria to have a domain registered there.

The email is an example of an Employment Scam, targeting victims in countries such as India with offrs of high paying jobs overseas. The jobs don't exist, the scammer just wants the victims to pay fees for travel documents, etc.
